Chromoly. Dimensions: .080″ thick, .585″ I.D. and 1.500″ O.D. Jims chromoly lower collars are custom machined to prevent harmonic vibrations in the springs caused by the lower collar moving in the head. Compatible with OEM parts. Will fit as a replacement for OEM 18222-83.
