Chrome. Mounts to mounting holes of license plate bracket and seat. Maximum load 10lbs (4.5 kilo). Approx. dimensions: 8″ ( 20.3cm) long x 6″ (15.2mm) wide. Note: Approx. 11.7 cm from the center line of the license plate mount slot to the bottom of the luggage rack tubing. Note: May not fit larger license plates.
