Westland Customs, frame hoop welding shims. 25.4mm

Outside diameter 21mm, length 50mm. These are welding splines, used to slide inside 1″ (25.4mm) frame hoops to reinforce the welding joint between hoop & frame. Also makes the welding process easier.
