Terms of Sale

The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store. The minimum amount of each order is 100 euros.
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. The price includes a fee for delivering the goods. The fee for delivering the goods depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery.

You can choose between different delivery methods when ordering products from the HD24.ee online store. Prices include VAT.

• SmartPOST parcel machine and courier service in Estonia, the Baltic States, Finland, Europe and – price according to SmartPost price lists.
• DPD parcel machine and courier service – Estonia, Baltics, Europe – price according to DPD price lists.
• OMNIVA parcel machine and courier service within Estonia – price according to OMNIVA price lists.
• I will pick it up myself – €0.

For orders within Estonia, the Online Store pays for delivery of the goods to the parcel machine if the order exceeds 300 euros.

When the order arrives at the selected parcel machine, you will receive an SMS message about the arrival of the package. The message contains the location of the parcel machine and the personal door code, based on which you can receive your parcel. Shipments are stored in the parcel machine free of charge for 7 calendar days from the time the message arrives on your mobile phone. You will be sent an additional 2 reminder messages for undelivered packages.

You can also pick up your order yourself at Rebasheina tee 13, Maardu. It is advisable to call ahead and agree on the date and time of the meeting before coming.

The parcel machine order usually arrives within 7-10 working days from the payment of the purchase amount. If for some reason there is a delay in the fulfillment of the order, we will contact you immediately.

Forming the order
To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart using the “add to cart” button. You can then click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page and view your order, change the quantities of the items to be purchased, and delete them. To complete the order, you must fill in the required data fields (name, phone number, contact address, you must also check that you agree to the terms and conditions of purchase and sale) and choose the appropriate method of product delivery. The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid via the bank link.

You can pay for goods in the online store by paying with a bank link through Montonio. The online store accepts euros as currency.
The online store is the controller of personal data, the online store transmits the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio OÜ.

The contract enters into force from the receipt of the amount to be paid to the current account of the Online Store.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for some other reason, the buyer will be informed of this as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivering the goods) will be returned without delay, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notice.

Delivery
The goods are sent within Europe according to the agreement. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Regarding the delivery time and the amount of the shipping cost, please contact the Webshop contact address info@hd24.ee. Goods are sent both by post machine and by courier.
SmartPost, DPD and Omniva are contractual partners of the online store in terms of goods delivery.
Shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 7-14 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. In exceptional cases, you have the right to deliver the goods within 90 calendar days, in the case of ordered products with a longer delivery time specified by the brand (both within Estonia and Europe). Regarding delivery times within Europe, contact the Online Store at info@hd24.ee, depending on the country of location, the delivery time is different.

Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.

In order to use the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any other way than is necessary to make sure of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in a way that is allowed for testing the goods in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods or if they show signs of use/wear, the Online Store has the right to lower the returnable fee in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.

In order to return the goods, a statement of withdrawal from the purchase of the goods must be submitted in a simple form and sent to the e-mail address info@hd24.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

If you wish to cancel your placed order and we have not shipped the order yet (we ship within 1-2 business days), your order will be cancelled. To cancel the order, please contact us as soon as possible on phone 53037072 or send an e-mail to the address info@hd24.ee

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you have the right to return your order or part of it unused and untried to us. Return costs are borne by the buyer.
